My Commitment to Animal Welfare

At 20, I began my journey in the meat industry on a local Dorset farm. By 24, driven by my belief in natural ingredients and ethical farming, I established my own business here in Holt. Understanding the importance of animal welfare firsthand, I also chose to rear my own free-range organic chickens. This hands-on approach ensures they lead longer, happier lives, which is beautifully reflected in the flavour and texture of the meat. Our farm proudly adheres to the high welfare standards set by the Soil Association (Licence Number: AB31105), emphasising ample space, fresh air, and environments that allow animals to express their natural behaviours.

My love for foraging leads me to wild garlic and wild leeks, adding unique flavours to my sausages that you won’t find elsewhere.

Recognition and Community

My journey so far has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve been honoured with two awards from Love Local Trust Local: Rising Star and Business Growth. It’s a privilege to supply my products nationwide to local farm shops, B&Bs, pubs, cafes, and restaurants, sharing a taste of Dorset’s finest with communities far and wide.
